Seismic upgrade and roof renewal of a commercial heritage building in the downtown core. Work included:
- Working with clients, city planners and engineers to develop scope and work plan
- Create safety management systems
- Remove and replace roof and framing structures
- Repair existing parapet
- Reframe and replace roofing
- Install new HVAC systems

Full home remediation of 20+ Multi + Single Family homes. Work included:
- Working with band managers to define scope and prioritize immediate concerns
- Assist with temporarily relocating families
- Assist with applying for government funding by producing proformas and estimates
- Complete rebuild of all homes
- Create maintenance plans for future success

Seismic upgrade and complete revamp of iconic downtown heritage building . Work included:
- Working with architects and engineers to develop work plan
- Seismic upgrade of CMU block walls
- Seismic upgrade of all foundation and footings
- Seismic upgrade of existing roof
- Replace 50% of walls with new glazing
- Upgrade all mechanical, electrical and ventilation systems to meet new BC building code
- Work closely with developers and neighbouring builders to ensure project success
- Prepare for new tenants

Full interior and exterior renovation of a 40 unit housing co-operative. Work included:
- Working with building envelope engineers, architects and board members to develop scope and workplan
- Working with board to select subcontractors using custom selection matrix
- Create detailed workplan and schedule tailored to specific member needs
- Replace all kitchens, bathrooms, interior/exterior doors, flooring, decks, siding remediation, driveways and fencing
- Pack, move and store individual members belongings
- Determine temporary living requirements
- Maintain budget and schedule throughout entire process
