Full interior and exterior renovation of a 40 unit housing co-operative. Work included:

• Working with building envelope engineers, architects and board members to develop scope and workplan
• Working with board to select subcontractors using custom selection matrix
• Create detailed workplan and schedule tailored to specific member needs
• Replace all kitchens, bathrooms, interior/exterior doors, flooring, decks, siding remediation, driveways and fencing
• Pack, move and store individual members belongings
• Determine temporary living requirements
• Maintain budget and schedule throughout entire process

Teardown 2 old homes and build 8 new townhomes off of Oak Bay Avenue. Work includes:

• Work with city planners, architects and developers to develop project
• Tear down existing homes
• Upgrade site servicing
• Build new custom townhomes
• Build budgets and workplan to ensure successful investment of developers

Project consisted of completing a full building envelope renovation on a 6 unit townhome in the downtown core.

Work included:

• Working with strata on budgeting and scope development
• Working with building envelope engineers to develop work plan
• Permit applications and management
• Demolition of existing building envelope, decks and privacy panels
• Replace sliding doors
• Add new James Hardie siding
• Replace decks and privacy panels

Project consisted of full deck remediation of a 12 unit beach front apartment. Work included:

• Working with strata on budgeting and scope development
• Working with architects and city planners to achieve common goal
• Set up site access and safety plans
• Safely and effectively remove all decks
• Re engineer and seismic upgrade of face of building
• Replace all decking and railings
• Ensured project stayed on time and on budget

Seismic upgrade and roof renewal of a commercial heritage building in the downtown core. Work included:

• Working with clients, city planners and engineers to develop scope and work plan
• Create safety management systems
• Remove and replace roof and framing structures
• Repair existing parapet
• Reframe and replace roofing
• Install new HVAC systems

Full home remediation of 20+ Multi + Single Family homes. Work included:

• Working with band managers to define scope and prioritize immediate concerns
• Assist with temporarily relocating families
• Assist with applying for government funding by producing proformas and estimates
• Complete rebuild of all homes
• Create maintenance plans for future success

Seismic upgrade and complete revamp of iconic downtown heritage building . Work included:

• Working with architects and engineers to develop work plan
• Seismic upgrade of CMU block walls
• Seismic upgrade of all foundation and footings
• Seismic upgrade of existing roof
• Replace 50% of walls with new glazing
• Upgrade all mechanical, electrical and ventilation systems to meet new BC building code
• Work closely with developers and neighbouring builders to ensure project success
• Prepare for new tenants

Tear down 2 old homes and building 11 new townhomes in the heart of Victoria.

Work includes

• Work with architects, engineer’s and developer to ensure project success: 
• Tear down homes and clear site  Excavate and upgrade civil services including underground parking
• Build new spec/custom townhomes
• Build budgets and work plan to ensure successful investment of developers
