Our Design Process

Initial Consultation

Let's chat! We would love to hear your vision and what you would like to create within your home. We will discuss creative home elements, floor plans and maximizing space. After our initial consultation, we will provide you with a detailed design proposal.

Design + Development Phase 1

Now that we are accepted to work with you, we can begin creating a design project! We will provide mood boards, renovation layouts and take you through the process. Design layouts will be finalized through your revisions and submitted to the city for approval.

Design Development Phase 2
Our renovation layouts are approved by the city and now Design and Development Phase 2 begins!

During this phase, we put together the
- Existing Plan
- Demolition Plan
- Renovation Plan
- Lighting Plan
- Millwork Plan
- Updated Interior + Exterior Elevations
- Furniture, Fixtures + Equipment Selections

Final Design + Construction Drawings

The design aspects, plans, elevations and fixtures have been approved and finalized.
